Business Development Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to prospect and generate qualified leads through outbound channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasive skills, have a strong understanding of sales processes, and be able to effectively identify and engage potential clients.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an outbound lead generation executive or similar sales role in the IT industry (preferably App Development)

  • Strong proficiency in using outbound prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Candidates must have an IT Background and be familiar with Mobile and Web technologies.
  • Excellent Communication (Verbal and Written) with strong PR skills
  • Ready to work odd hours (if required)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate leads and identify potential customers.

  • Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to engage with target audience and nurture leads.
  • Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening, identifying their needs and assessing their fit for our products/services.
  • Develop and maintain a database of prospects, recording interactions, tracking progress, and updating contact information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and develop effective lead-generation campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients, industry trends, and competitors to tailor outreach and maximize engagement.
  • Deliver persuasive and compelling sales pitches to generate interest and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to prospects about our services, highlighting the value proposition and addressing any inquiries or objections.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned lead generation targets and contribute to the overall sales team’s success.
